Expanded call centre equipped with
50+ CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing)
stations means interviewing and data entry is a one step process. This allows for greater accuracy and quick turnaround time for results. Our programming department rigorously tests questionnaires before live interviewing
begins. Interviewers are trained and monitored carefully by our field
supervisors. We have full audio and on screen monitoring. Quality
assurance procedures have been implemented for every aspect of the data
collection process.

Each project can have a password protected private daily-updated Tally page. |

Usage:
This tally page presents the expected and actual completions. It can be customized to the client’s requirements and for example include information regarding expected, actual and remaining completions related to quotas. |

Features:
The tally pages are updated by noon of each workday and reflect completions to the end of the previous day’s calling. |
