A new service, introduced in 2007, uses a state-of the art scanning hardware and software to capture data from your questionnaires and make it available for processing/analysis faster than manual data entry. You can still be flexible with your questionnaire design, but there are some rules to follow and the respondents’ answers have to be marked clearly.
